Financial Reimbursement

交通與住宿補助資格:
  1. 大學生，碩、博士生。
  2. 交通限補助自就讀學校所在地至新竹車站之台鐵及客運來回車票。
  3. 住宿限補助在學單位至陽明交大距離大於60公里者。每人每晚最多補助NT$2,200。(會議主辦單位不代訂住宿，請您自行訂房。)
  4. 若申請者眾多，優先考慮遠距離同學。

住宿費用收據抬頭：國立陽明交通大學；收據統編：87557573。
請填寫財務補助申請書，並附上銀行存摺帳號封面影本(郵局或玉山銀行為佳)。

申請財務補助資料：
1.身分證正反面影本
2.學生證影本
3.護照/ARC 影本
4.交通票根/住宿發票/收據(此項資料：於活動舉辦期間繳交)

Conditions for applying for Travel and Accommodation Subsidy:
  1. Undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students.
  2. Travel subsidy covers only round-trip Taiwan Railways and intercity bus tickets from the applicant's university location to Hsinchu Station.
  3. Accommodation subsidy is available only for applicants whose institution is more than 60 km from Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. The subsidy is NT$2,200 maximum per night per person. (The conference organizers do not arrange accommodations; please book your own lodging.)
  4. If the number of applicants exceeds the available budget, priority will be given to students traveling from farther locations. 

Documents Required for Financial Support Application:

  1. A copy of the front and back of your ID card

  2. A copy of your Student ID

  3. A copy of your Passport /ARC (Alien Resident Certificate)

  4. Transportation tickets / accommodation invoices / receipts
    (Note: This item should be submitted during the event)
