| Content | Dear Colleagues and Friends, It is our great pleasure and honor to invite you to participate in the 13th Particle Physics Phenomenology Workshop （PPP 13） on June 3-6, 2019 in Taipei, Taiwan. Established in 1991, PPP workshop has become one of the most important forums in Asia and Taiwan on particle physics and related fields. The aim is to bring together researchers to share their views and experiences, while foster collaborations among scientists in particle physics and related disciplines. This year the workshop will be held on the main campus of National Taiwan Normal University, right in the heart of Taipei. This historic campus is located within walking distance of major tourist attractions such as Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Yong-kang Street and Daan Forest Park. With significant presence of international students, the nearby streets, part of the popular Shida Night Market, are vibrant with cute little shops, restaurants, eateries and pubs, an ideal place to savour the colorful intimacy of Taipei. We believe that you will have a pleasant experience in this friendly international city. We look forward to seeing you in Taiwan this coming June.
