Introduction
量子糾纏是量子多體系統與單體系統本質上的不同之處。也因為多體波函數本質的複雜性,如何有效率的刻畫、計算多體波函數並預測多體系統的行為是我們在研究或發展量子多體系統的應用所必須面對的挑戰。張量網絡(tesor network)是針對描述多體波函數的糾纏結構而發展出可以描述非顯然關聯性的框架。
這個暑期學校將介紹張量網絡在多體物理中的應用。提供感到興趣的大學生或研究生,簡明但有系統的課程與實作問題。課程中將邀請相關領域的專家講授,並同時強調基本理論與實際動手操作的能力。三天的課程裡將包含以下的主題

 Basic concepts of matrix product states and matrix product operators. 
• Tensor renormalization group and its application. 
• Tensor network for dynamics and finite temperature systems.


Registration
學員名額30人,對基礎量子物理有基本概念之在學學生報名。由於課程中的實作課程需求,請自行攜帶筆記型電腦參與課程。若註冊報名之學員超過30人,將進行審查作業,並於2022/08/24(Wednesday)前以email通知錄取者。
