Financial Support (accommodation only)


1. Please book the hotel room on your own.
    本次會議主辦單位不代訂住宿，請您自行訂房。

2. According to relevant regulations, only those whose affiliations are 60 km farther than National Cheng Kung University could receive the accommodation support. (North of Chiayi, Pingtung, Hualien and Taitung areas)
    住宿費補助僅限其在學/現職單位至成功大學距離大於60公里者(嘉義(含)以北、屏東及花東地區)。

3. For students : NT$2,200/ per person per night. (Only support 1 night on Aug. 10)
   大學生、碩博士生: NT$2,200/每人每晚(僅補助8月10日一晚住宿)

4. The hotel receipt provided should state the title of 國立清華大學; tax ID number: 46804804.
    住宿費用收據抬頭：國立清華大學；收據統編：46804804。

5. Please fill in the remittance form,  photocopy your bankbook and proof of enrollment (student ID card).
   填寫匯款同意書，並附上銀行存摺帳號封面及在學證明的影本。
